1. Who we are

The website www.blablaoffice.com (“BlaBlaOffice”, “we”) is operated by BlaBlaOffice - STC, Gabbro - Via delle Capanne 17, Livorno (Italia), VAT No. 01655710497. For any questions: info@blablaoffice.com.

These terms govern the use of the website by anyone who visits it, posts a request or a listing, or registers (“user”). The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

2. The service

BlaBlaOffice is a classifieds portal dedicated to shared workspaces: coworking spaces, private and shared offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, virtual offices and similar spaces. It puts in touch:

• people looking for a space, who can browse listings, write to spaces and post a “Wanted” request free of charge;
• people offering a space (“owner”), who publish their listing with a paid subscription.

BlaBlaOffice is not a party to the agreements between those looking for and those offering a space: it does not rent out spaces, does not handle bookings, does not receive payments on behalf of owners and does not guarantee the availability, quality or compliance of the spaces. Prices, terms, contracts and payments are agreed directly between users.

3. Registration and account

You need an account to publish an “Offer” listing. To register, you must be of legal age and provide true and up-to-date information. Your login details are personal: you are responsible for what is done with your account and must notify us immediately if you think someone is using it without permission.

You can close your account at any time by writing to us: your listings will be removed from the website.

4. “Wanted” requests

• Posting a request is free and does not require an account. The request goes online only after you confirm it via the link we send you by email.
• The description and the city are public. Your full name, email and telephone number are visible only to space owners with an active subscription and to the website administrators, who may use them solely to offer you a space in response to your request.
• Do not include in the description any contact details or personal information that you do not want to make public: if you do, we will hide them, but this remains your responsibility.
• The request stays online for 90 days. You can edit it, close it (“I've found one”), renew it or delete it at any time using the private link in the confirmation email.
• If you do not upload a photo, we use a BlaBlaOffice image.

5. “Offer” listings and the subscription

• To have a listing online you need the annual subscription at the price shown at the time of purchase (currently 50,00 € per year, including VAT where applicable). Payment is made via PayPal or the other methods offered on the payment page.
• The subscription lasts one year from the date of activation. If you choose automatic renewal, it is renewed on expiry under the terms then in force, which we will notify you of in advance; you can turn it off at any time from your personal area or your PayPal account. Without automatic renewal, we will remind you before it expires.
• On expiry, if you do not renew, your listings are suspended: they are no longer visible but are not lost, and they go back online as soon as you renew.
• The subscription includes publication of the listings allowed by your plan, receipt of messages and access to the contact details of “Wanted” requests. It does not include a guaranteed position in search results or a minimum number of contacts.
• Listings may be checked before publication. We may request changes or reject a listing that does not comply with these terms.
• Listings published on the old BlaBlaOffice remain online. The owner of a space can ask to manage its listing using the “Manage this space?” button: once we have verified the request, the listing will appear in their account; to keep it online after updating it, a subscription is required.

6. Payments, receipts and withdrawal

Payments are handled by PayPal (or the other providers indicated on the payment page), which processes payment data as an independent controller: we do not see or store your card or account details. You receive confirmation of payment by email and can find your payment history in your personal area.

The subscription is intended for those offering spaces in the course of their business or profession. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@blablaoffice.com. Since, by activating the subscription, you request that the service begin immediately, in the event of withdrawal we will refund the price paid minus the portion corresponding to the days already used (Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code). Other than in this case, the subscription is non-refundable, unless we have failed to perform our obligations.

7. Content rules

You are responsible for the texts, photos, prices and data you publish. It is forbidden to publish:

• spaces that do not exist, are not available or are described in a misleading way; prices that are unclear or differ from those actually charged;
• photos or texts you do not hold the rights to, or third-party trade marks used without permission;
• personal data of other people without their consent;
• content that is offensive, discriminatory or unlawful, or that promotes unlawful activities;
• advertising for services other than workspaces, chain messages, spam, misleading links.

By publishing content, you grant us, free of charge and for the entire period of its publication, the non-exclusive right to display it on the website, in its translations, in previews, in search results and in the channels we use to promote the portal. The content remains yours.

You can report inappropriate content to us at info@blablaoffice.com: we will examine it promptly and, if it breaches these terms or the law, we will remove it and inform the person who published it of the reasons.

8. Messages and contacts

The “Write to the space” form forwards your message by email to the owner of the listing, who replies to you directly. We keep a copy so that we can deliver it if sending fails and to prevent abuse. Contact by email, telephone and WhatsApp takes place outside the website, using the services you choose.

Contact details you receive through BlaBlaOffice (messages and “Wanted” requests) may be used only to respond to that specific request: it is forbidden to use them for advertising, add them to lists or pass them on to others.

9. Star ratings

Anyone visiting a listing can give it a rating from 1 to 5 stars. Each device counts as one vote per listing (it can change its vote, but not multiply it); owners cannot rate their own listings and automated votes are discarded. Ratings are not verified: we do not check that the people who vote have actually used the space. We may delete votes that turn out to be false, coordinated or obtained in exchange for benefits. Ratings from the old BlaBlaOffice have been retained.

10. Affiliate Programme

Members of the Affiliate Programme introduce BlaBlaOffice to workspaces and receive a personal discount code for new subscribers to use. The programme has its own rules, which you can find in the affiliate area and which you accept when you sign up. Affiliates act independently, are not our employees or agents and may not sign agreements on behalf of BlaBlaOffice.

11. Liability

We strive to keep the website working and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available and error-free. We are not liable for content published by users, for agreements made between them, or for indirect damage or loss of business, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded, in particular for the protection of consumers.

If you use the website for your business or profession, you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims arising from content you have published in breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close the account or listings of anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, after notifying them where possible. If a subscription is terminated because of a breach, the unused portion is not refunded, unless the law provides otherwise.

13. Trade mark and website content

The BlaBlaOffice name, the logo, the graphics and the website texts that do not come from users belong to BlaBlaOffice - STC or to their respective authors. They may not be copied or reused, nor may listings and data be systematically extracted from the website, without our written permission.

14. Changes, governing law and complaints

We may update these terms: the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Significant changes are notified to subscribers by email with reasonable notice; if you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.

Italian law applies. For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence; in all other cases, the court of Livorno. Complaints and reports should be sent to info@blablaoffice.com: we reply within 30 days. Consumers may also refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
