BlaBlaOffice is the European portal for coworking and office sharing: anyone looking for a desk, an office or a meeting room can find spaces near them and contact the manager directly. Spaces publish their listing with a subscription of 50,00 € a year.
Your job is simple: introduce the portal to the spaces you know and give them your affiliate code. When they subscribe online with your code, the commission is yours. No door-to-door selling, no signing contracts on our behalf, no handling money: the space signs up and pays by itself, directly on the website. ✅

Commissions that keep coming
35% on the first subscription (17,50 €), then a share of every renewal, year after year, for as long as the customer stays with us.
Your personal code
A code of your own that gives the space 10,00 € off: they enter it when subscribing and the sign-up is recorded in your name, with no room for doubt.
Ready-made materials
A printable brochure with room for your name and contact details, a presentation script and answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Your affiliate area
See the spaces you have brought in, the views and messages on their listings, upcoming expiry dates and who to call back: handy when renewal time comes round.
Punctual payments
Your commission is earned when the space pays and is paid to you by the 15th of the following month. Simple and transparent.

Whenever you have a question, you talk to us, not a call centre. We'll also help you make sure your customers' listings are properly completed.

* Example calculation, not a promise of earnings. The calculation is based on 50,00 € a year for each subscribed space. Commissions are calculated on the amount actually received: if a space does not pay or does not renew, no commission is earned on it. Commissions are subject to the taxes required by law. Renewal shares remain active for as long as you keep working with us: they lapse after 12 consecutive months without new sign-ups.

Do I have to pay anything to get started?
No. There are no joining fees, kits to buy or costs of any kind.
Do I need to be self-employed or have a VAT number?
Not necessarily to get started. How your commissions are taxed depends on the rules of your country, which often distinguish between occasional work and a regular business activity. We'll explain how it works when you sign up; for your specific situation, it's best to check with your accountant or tax adviser.
Do I have an assigned territory or targets to meet?
No. You can introduce the portal anywhere, abroad too, and there are no minimum targets: you decide how much time to put in.
Do I have to collect money from the spaces?
No, never. The space subscribes and pays by itself, online, directly to the portal. You don't collect payments or sign contracts on our behalf.
When do I receive my commission?
It is earned once the space has paid and is paid to you by the 15th of the following month.
What happens if a space doesn't renew?
You no longer earn commission on that space, but you keep everything you have already earned.
Can I do it as a side job?
Yes, it's designed precisely to fit alongside other work: you decide on the time and commitment.
